Terms and Conditions

Parties

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before the booked party time.  Due to limited space and as a courtesy to other customers in the studio, parents of guests are absolutely NOT allowed in the studio during the party. If you would like to invite the parents of the guests to attend, you can book a private evening party instead. Only 2 adults are allowed at the party. There is a $15 fee for each additional adult that stays with the party.

Deposits are non-refundable. Store credit is issued if the party is cancelled with at least two weeks’ notice. You may move your date once 10 days prior to your original date without penalty.

Private evening party

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or change the date of your party, please notify us immediately.

There will be an additional $60 per hour or portion thereof for parties exceeding 3 hours.

For parties with over 20 people, an extra $60 applies for hiring a second-party staff.

Children’s Camps & Workshops

Adult Sip & Paint and Events

This is an adult-only evening. No minors under the age of 19. You may BYOB and must be of legal drinking age.

Tickets to events and other online classes and workshops.

All tickets are delivered electronically via email which we refer to an eTicket. Please be prepared to present a printed version of your eTicket or an electronic copy of the ticket, say on your mobile phone.

Transfer of Tickets

You can transfer your eTicket to someone else prior to the event. We treat the eTicket as a bearer instrument.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges on our merchandise. All sales are final.

Participation in any Adult or Children Events

It is the intent of Bella Ceramica Studio to provide a creative, safe, productive and positive learning environments for all clients. This includes eliminating disruptive behaviour so that all participating clients can enjoy their time in the store.  Disruptive behaviour will not be condoned and I understand and allow Bella Ceramica Studio to determine on their own if myself or my child must be removed from any participating event because of disruptive behaviour.

I understand that if myself or my child participates in any party or event and I agree to RELEASE from LIABILITY, INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS Bella Ceramica Studio, its owners, employees and all persons participating at Bella Ceramica will not be held liable for any damages or injuries caused by any activity participated by myself or my child.  I understand also that I, or my child, do not have to participate in any activity that I do not feel is in my/his/her best interest.

Photographs and Video

I understand that Bella Ceramica Studio reserves the right to photograph or video individuals present in these events,  classes, and throughout the store.  Photography and video taken on premises may be used in a promotional capacity including but not limited to print materials, web site, print, social media, online or out of home media and other medium now or later developed.

Pick up of Finished Products

Clay items take 2 weeks to dry before they can go into the kiln. Pick up will be available in 2 to 3 weeks.

Pottery pieces will be ready for pick up in 5 -7 days. We will not call unless something happened to your pieces.

Glass fusing pieces take a longer time in firing. Pieces will be ready for pick up in 2 to 3 weeks.

Canvas painting can be taken home on the day you finish.

Candles take 2 days to be ready for pick up.

Due to limited space in the studio, items not picked up after 14 days will be donated to charity.
