Sea Glass Sun Catcher

Friday October 4 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Build and construct your own beach-themed decor sun catcher with resin pour. You will use our supplies or you can bring your own sentimental vacation items that will be forever preserved in resin. A great glass for any beginner, and a great time out with friends. Your piece will be ready for pickup the next day.

The Perfect Pumpkin Workshop

Friday October 18 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Learn how to paint this perfect dish using new techniques. What better way to serve your favourite dish than on this Perfect Pumpkin Plate. It will add a touch of fall to any meal.

Children's Birthday Parties

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before the booked party time. Due to limited space and as courtesy to other customers in the studio, parents of guests are absolutely NOT allowed in the studio during the party. If you would like to invite parents of the guests to attend, you can book a private evening party instead. Only parents and 1 helper is allowed at the party. There is a $10 fee for each additional adult that stays with the party.

Deposits are non refundable. Store credit is issued if party is cancelled with at least two weeks notice. You may move your date once 10 days prior to your original date without penalty.

If you need to change the number of guests attending, you must notify us 48 hours prior to the party. Failure to do so may incur extra charges.

Private evening party

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or change the date of your party, please notify us immediately. If you need to cancel you party, your deposit will be fully refunded with a two week notice. After that, store credit may be applied. No refund or credit if the party is cancelled with less than one week notice.

Store credit is issued if cancelled with a 2 week notice. You may move the date once 10 days prior to the original date without penalty.

There will be an additional $50 per hour or portion thereof for parties exceeding 3 hours.

For parties with over 25 people, an extra $60 applies for hiring of a second party staff.

Tickets to events and other online classes and workshops.

All tickets are delivered electronically via email which we refer to an eTicket. Please be prepared to present a printed version of your eTicket or an electronic copy of the ticket, say on your mobile phone. Each eTicket has a unique security code. This code acts as your ticket number for the event. In the event you do not receive your eTicket via email, or if there is any question about your eligibility, be prepared to provide another form of identification such as a driver’s license or the credit card which the ticket was purchased.

Deposits are non refundable. Store credit is issued if cancelled with a 10 days notice.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. We realize that a situation may arise that would prohibit a patron from attending an event for which tickets have already been purchased. If you are unable to attend an event please call 604-925-3115 or e-mail info@bellaceramicastudio.com 2 weeks prior to the event. Once your situation has been reviewed, we will make a determination, on a case-by-case basis, as to how to handle the transaction.

Participation in any Adult or Children Events

It is the intent of Bella Ceramica Studio to provide a creative, safe, productive and positive learning environments for all clients. This includes eliminating disruptive behavior so that all participating clients can enjoy their time in the store. Disruptive behavior will not be condoned and I understand and allow Bella Ceramica Studio to determine on their own if myself or my child must be removed from any participating event because of disruptive behavior.

I understand that if myself or my child participates in any party or event and I agree to RELEASE from LIABILITY, INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS Bella Ceramica Studio, its owners, employees and all persons participating at Bella Ceramica will not be held liable for any damages or injuries caused by any activity participated by myself or my child. I understand also that I, or my child, do not have to participate in any activity that I do not feel is in my/his/her best interest.

Photographs and Video

I understand that Bella Ceramica Studio reserves the right to photograph or video individuals present in these events, classes, and throughout the store. Photography and video taken on premises may be used in a promotional capacity including but not limited to print materials, web site, print, social media, online or out of home media and other medium now or later developed.
